A 100% pure and local honey
A sweet, floral, and naturally indulgent spring honey
This pure and unprocessed spring honey comes from the first blooms of the season. Harvested with care, it reflects the diversity of flowers foraged by bees as the beautiful days return. Its light sweetness, subtle floral notes, and naturally creamy texture make it a honey easy to enjoy every day.
Packaged in an elegant glass jar, accompanied by its golden lid, it showcases its beautiful bright color and silky texture. This sturdy, transparent, and reusable container allows for the honey to be stored in good conditions while limiting disposable packaging. A simple, refined, and sustainable presentation, true to our commitment to quality and more responsible products.
At tasting, this spring honey stands out for its sweet, floral, and balanced flavor. Its creamy texture and light aromas make it a honey easy to use in the kitchen as well as at the table: to sweeten a vinaigrette, drizzle over roasted fruits, pair with goat cheese, glaze vegetables in the oven, or add a sweet touch to a homemade marinade.
Honey is the result of precious work, that of the bees that pollinate lavender flowers and transform their nectar into a naturally fragrant sweetness.
Through each jar, we find a bit of their incredible know-how, but also the importance of preserving the blooms, landscapes, and biodiversity that surround them.
Gwen and Céline take care of the 32 hives located in our fields and harvest the honey from them.
