Thujanol Thyme essential oil, in detail
Thyme, a plant at the heart of Mediterranean traditions and legends.
It grows in the same environments as other thymes, in dry, limestone, and sunny soils, typical of Mediterranean scrublands. However, depending on the altitude, exposure, or nature of the soil, the same thyme can develop very different aromatic profiles.
Thujanol thyme is distinguished by a particular balance: its scent is sweeter, rounder, and less aggressive than other more powerful or camphoraceous thymes.
In the Middle Ages, thyme was often slipped into homes or worn on oneself, linked to popular beliefs about protection and vitality. It also appeared in monastic gardens, where it was one of the common plants.

Complete distillation in a low-pressure still (with organoleptic monitoring conducted by Gaël) by steam distillation.

This essential oil is a powerful concentrate that should be handled with care to reap all its benefits without risk.
Not recommended for:
children under 6 years old
pregnant and/or breastfeeding women
people with specific medical conditions (history of epilepsy, etc.)
Non-photosensitizing.
Should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not use for prolonged periods without medical advice from a professional.
Store away from heat.
Close the bottle tightly after use.
Do not hesitate to perform a patch test (on the inside of the elbow) before use.
